The village of Kozaki was founded by our ancestors - historical Cossacks that had been settling down in southeastern Poland during the last centuries. They were recognizable because of their specializations, especially in the field of traditional food preparation. Such was the case with honey and beekeeping CossackBeekeeper company was created in 1998, as the eventual fulfilment of the long-lasting aspirations. The knowledge of effective production has been handed down from generation to generation and is successfully combined with modern production methods.
